Pastoral ministry is a calling filled with both great joy and great responsibility. Pastors carry the weight of shepherding people, leading ministries, and guiding churches in faithfulness to Christ’s mission.
After more than forty years of pastoral leadership, David Smith founded David Smith Ministry to come alongside pastors and church leaders during seasons when encouragement, clarity, and trusted perspective are especially valuable.
Through Vision-Focused Coaching, ministry assessment, and consulting, David helps pastors think clearly about leadership challenges and remain focused on the mission God has entrusted to their church.

Personal
David lives in the Atlanta area with his wife, Gina. Together, they have spent decades serving the local church and investing in the lives of pastors and church leaders.
David continues to preach, teach, and encourage churches while coming alongside pastors through coaching and ministry partnership.
